Thank You Mr. Wilder
Thank You Mr. Wilder,
From the boy within me.
It was fine to be an introvert,
Gregarious and lots o’ goofy.
Smiles were your applause,
Your talent, great with humble.
How your eyes looked deepened,
Even after a graceful tumble.
Entertained beyond a clown’s face,
Pleasure in a wonder joyed mind.
Never without a message conveyed,
Let learn and let live and be kind.
So, again Mr. Wilder I thank You,
Holding this place from going under.
The strength and resolve in your grin,
Made a boy know there is high wonder.
